Welcome to PolyRadar ("we," "us," "our"), accessible at polyradar.io (the "Website") and through our newsletter distributed via Substack (collectively, the "Service").

PolyRadar is a media and research publication that provides analysis, insights, and curated coverage of prediction markets — primarily Polymarket — including market mispricings, whale activity, on-chain signals, and related data. We do not operate a trading platform, do not hold or access user wallets, do not collect funds, and do not offer brokerage or advisory services of any kind.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Service. By accessing or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service immediately.

By accessing the Website, subscribing to our newsletter (free or premium), or otherwise using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

You represent that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are accessing the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

All content published by PolyRadar — including but not limited to newsletter editions, website articles, social media posts, charts, data visualizations, market commentary, and any associated materials — is provided strictly for informational and educational purposes.

Nothing published by PolyRadar constitutes:

• Financial advice or investment advice
• Trading advice or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset
• A solicitation or offer to buy or sell any securities, tokens, prediction market positions, or other financial instruments
• Tax, legal, or accounting advice
• A personalized recommendation based on your financial situation

Prediction markets carry inherent risks, including the potential loss of your entire capital. Market data, odds, and analysis presented by PolyRadar may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or based on third-party sources that we do not control. Past performance or historical data discussed in our content does not guarantee or predict future results.

You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions. We strongly recommend that you consult with a qualified, licensed financial advisor before taking any action based on information found on or through the Service. PolyRadar, its founders, contributors, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from your reliance on our content.

PolyRadar team members may hold positions in prediction markets or crypto assets discussed in our content. Such positions are not disclosed on a per-article basis and should not be interpreted as endorsements or recommendations.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Reproduce, redistribute, republish, or commercially exploit any content from the Service without prior written consent from PolyRadar (see Section 5)
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access, extract, or download content from the Service, except as permitted by our robots.txt file
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security or access-control features of the Service
• Share, transfer, or resell your premium subscription access to unauthorized third parties
• Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair its operation
• Impersonate PolyRadar, its team, or any other person or entity
• Use our content to train AI/ML models without our explicit written consent

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for any conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to us or other users.

All content available through the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, data compilations, analyses, charts, newsletter editions, and software — is the property of PolyRadar or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The PolyRadar name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of PolyRadar. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

Limited license: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use only. This license does not include the right to:

• Republish or redistribute our content (including via newsletters, blogs, social media threads that reproduce substantial portions, or any other medium)
• Create derivative works based on our content
• Use our content for any commercial purpose without written authorization
• Use our content to train or develop AI/ML models

Brief quotations with proper attribution and a link back to the original PolyRadar content are permitted for commentary, criticism, or news reporting purposes in accordance with fair use principles.

If you submit, post, or otherwise transmit any content to PolyRadar — including but not limited to comments, feedback, suggestions, or responses to our newsletter ("User Content") — you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such User Content in connection with the Service.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit any User Content and that such content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law. We reserve the right to remove any User Content at our sole discretion.

PolyRadar may contain affiliate links, including but not limited to links to Polymarket and other prediction market platforms, tools, and services. When you click on an affiliate link and sign up for or use a service, we may receive a commission or referral fee at no additional cost to you.

Affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial coverage or the opinions expressed in our content. However, you should be aware that a financial incentive exists when we link to certain platforms or products.

We will make reasonable efforts to disclose affiliate relationships where they are material. This section serves as a general, standing disclosure that affiliate links may be present throughout the Service.

The Service may reference, link to, or display data from third-party sources, including but not limited to:

• Polymarket — prediction market platform data (odds, volume, liquidity)
• Dune Analytics — on-chain data, dashboards, and queries
• Substack — newsletter hosting and subscription management
• Other blockchain explorers, data aggregators, news outlets, and social media platforms

PolyRadar does not control, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, relevance, timeliness, or completeness of any third-party content or data. Third-party data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that service's own terms of service and privacy policy.

In particular, your use of Substack for subscriptions and newsletter delivery is subject to Substack's Terms of Use and Substack's Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review those documents.

We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or harm resulting from your interaction with third-party services or your reliance on third-party data presented through our Service.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PolyRadar, its founders, directors, employees, contributors, affiliates, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your access to or use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any financial decisions you make based on information obtained through the Service
• Any User Content you submit or transmit through the Service

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, and without liability to you. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms, abusive behavior, suspected fraud, or any conduct that we determine to be harmful to the Service or other users.

You may terminate your relationship with PolyRadar at any time by unsubscribing from our newsletter via Substack and ceasing to use the Website. For premium subscriptions, cancellation and refund policies are governed by Substack's terms.

Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive — including but not limited to Sections 3, 5, 9, 10, 11, and 13 — shall remain in full force and effect.

Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Binding Arbitration. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Wilmington, Delaware (or remotely, at the arbitrator's discretion). The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class Action Waiver. YOU AND POLYRADAR AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. Unless both you and PolyRadar agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate or join more than one person's or party's claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a consolidated, representative, or class proceeding.

Exceptions. Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for matters relating to intellectual property, data security, or unauthorized access to the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
• Post the revised Terms on the Website at polyradar.io/legal/terms
• Make reasonable efforts to notify subscribers via email (through Substack) for significant changes

Your continued use of the Service after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the Service.
